This Right Bank Blend is a jazz ensemble of flavors and aromas. Beginning with bright cranberry and red currant of Cab Franc, followed by a fruit bomb of Malbec, and hints of tart cherry from Cabernet Sauvignon. Petit Verdot lends notes of tannin and spice while new French oak provides underlying rhythm. Pair with wood-fired bbq or braised beef and polenta.
Aromas of stewed cherry, ripe strawberry, fresh redwood, and red potpourri lead into a palate of bright acidity and balanced, ripe tannins. Notes of bakery spice and oaky vanilla add warmth and complexity. Fruit-forward with a structured finish.
