2023 Right Bank Reserve
This Right Bank Blend is a jazz ensemble of flavors and aromas. Beginning with bright cranberry and red currant of Cab Franc, followed by a fruit bomb of Malbec, and hints of tart cherry from Cabernet Sauvignon. Petit Verdot lends notes of tannin and spice while new French oak provides underlying rhythm. Pair with wood-fired bbq or braised beef and polenta.
Layered with ripe cherry, plum, and cranberry, complemented by orange pith and subtle oak. Bright acidity balances the ripe fruit, while hints of toasted brioche add depth. Fresh, balanced, and lightly sweet on the finish.
