First course:

 - 2023 Albarino with a cold seasonal grilled shrimp salad

Second course:

 - 2021 GSM with a mixed mushroom and gruyere cheese tart

Third course:

 - 2021 Syrah with braised lamb shank served over buttery polenta with roast carrot

Fourth course:

 - 2021 Left Bank Blend with fillet of beef served with cauliflower puree & haricot vert

Dessert:

 - Bovino 4 year aged Brandy and/or coffee with a cheese, dried fruit, dark chocolate & biscotti
